Isabella let out a frustrated sigh as she tapped her fingers on the wooden kitchen table that sat in her small, cozy home. Her pale gray eyes watched the digital clock of her microwave as the semi column blinked every second. Her mind started to mentally count it and her fingers tapped in the same rhythm as it. Then her mind just started to wander off to what she could be doing today.Because of some anonymous phone call, Isabella kept inside today. It hadn't been anyone talking, just a heavy breathing that comes from a dog. Yes, Isabella was just a little paranoid about being caught of gaurd by these animals. And damn her to Hell if she became a stupid feline. She hated the Feli more. She hated every fiber in their being and wanted to rid of them first.
With thoughts of the animals she hated so much, she couldn't stand to be inside. She sighed again and pushed herself away from the table and grabbed her body coat. It was beige and made little noise, plus hide everything that was hidden under it. Like her knife. It wasn't actually a knife, God knows you can't just hunt with that. But it's what she called it. Anyway, she tied of the coat and grabbed her cell phone from the side table that was by her front door. Then she left her house and walked down the street.
Within less than an hour she was BP, leaning against the window and lighting a Black and Mild cigar. She cupped the small flame to the end of her cigar and lit the small joint. Then she looked around the parking lot, watching a few people put gas into their car. No one paid any attention to her. Most humans were never really away of their surrondings, but Isabella guessed that was an advanatage to all non-human things.

A cigarette hung loosely from in between his lips, eyes red from the lack of sleep the night before. As strange as it sounded, nigthmares kept Zodiac awake, but they weren't just any nightmares. More like the ones that you have, the ones that are so incredibly real, that they abruptly awaky you in the middle of the night, taking away any chances of falling asleep again. He couldn't even remember what the damn nightmare was about, but Hell, it was probably better that he didn't. One sleepless night was enough, Zodiac didn't need another keeping him up tonight.
His tattooed hands were stuffed in the pockets of his loose-fitting, black sweatpants as he leaned against the side of the gas station. He took in the intoxicating smells of gasoline and smoke, enjoyin g the strong scents, and really not giving a crap that they could be killing off his brain cells at the same time. Cani senses could be a great thing....Unless you smell something unwanted. Like the scent of a hunter, the exact smell that found its way into Zodiac's nostrils, taunting and teasing at his senses.
Cautiously, he poked his head around the corner and his eyes instantly fell on the hunter. He knew she was one, they all just had that look. Most normal humans wouldn't realize anything different. But Canis, Felis, and other non-human creatures would.
